Education:

He graduated from the Kharkiv Higher Military Command School with a degree in aircraft operation in 1979. He received a diploma with honors and a gold medal.

From 1986 to 1990 he studied by correspondence at the Kharkiv Higher Command and Engineering School of Missile Troops. He defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences on a special topic in November 1990 in the field of "Arms and Military Equipment".

He graduated from the Central Institute for Advanced Training of Management and Specialists of the National Economy in the field of patent work in 1987 and received the qualification of "patent examiner" (diploma).

In 1996 he graduated from the Interdisciplinary Institute for Advanced Training at Kharkiv State University of Economics and received the qualification of manager (diploma).

In 2000 he was awarded the academic title of Senior Researcher in the field of "Arms and Military Equipment". In 2008 he was awarded the degree of "Doctor of Philosophy". 

 

Research interests:

  • Standardization and information security. 
  • Cybersecurity of information and measurement systems of unmanned vehicles. 
  • Metrology.
