Head of search services, Yandex.	Shkurupy Sergey Olegovich Manager of the Kharkov development center EPAM. In the XX century. graduated from Kharkov Aviation Institute (ex-user of Mosaic v1.0?) and has been working in outsourcing IT companies for more than 10 years. He went from a developer to a project manager and director of a development center. He participated in the development of several dozen projects for various areas of business and based on various technologies and project management methodologies.
